It appears the housing market is now on track. Just what impace the new HST tax

When you meet with your agent to discuss and plan the sale, you
should consider to whom you are marketing it to and what is your
target demographic. Should you use black and white images or
clear full colour images? Why not show its character and beauty
with a professional video tour? Is the price correct? Are you
on the market or in the market? All of these questions can be
